The Short-Term Support License is cross-platform and can be activated under any of the compatible operating systems. No extra installation is required: your registration code will be delivered to you via e-mail and can be simply inserted into the “Software license” tab of the program. The license itself is unlimited in duration, the support period restricts only the possibility to acquire updates for the program at no cost.
Functionality
The functions of the licensed software include storage scan and data recovery from the file systems of Windows (FAT/FAT32, ExFAT, ReFS and NTFS), macOS (HFS+ and APFS), and Linux (Ext2, Ext3, Ext4, ReiserFS, UFS, JFS and XFS). Restored files of any size can be copied to a safe location, irrespective of the file systems they initially belonged to.
Systems requirements
The Short-Term Support License can be applied under Windows (XP Service Pack 3/Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11), macOS ( version 10.15 and above), and Linux (Debian 6.0 or compatible and above). The hardware specifications include a modern Intel-compatible processor (32-bit/64-bit), AMD64 (x86-64) or Apple Silicon (arm64) and at least 1 GB of RAM. Also, 20 MB of free space on the drive are required as a minimum for the executable files.
